As the pinnacle of the Custom collection, its meticulously designed two-tone #30 nib, crafted from 18-karat gold and rhodium, ensures an unparalleled writing experience. The Urushi lacquered barrel, painstakingly layered, cured, and polished, achieves a stunning finish. The newly introduced blue hue, known in Japanese as 紺青
(kon-jo), translates to dark blue or, more precisely, Prussian blue in English. This shade is exceptionally difficult to achieve, requiring the expert blending of pigments with natural Urushi lacquer, resulting in a rich, vibrant blue that radiates elegance.
